1. Delivery Coverage
At Hexa Fitness, we proudly offer comprehensive delivery services across all municipalities in the State of Qatar. Whether you are equipping a commercial facility in West Bay or setting up a home gym in Al Wakrah, our logistics team ensures safe and timely delivery.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are typically scheduled within 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on the scale and availability of your ordered equipment.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Local Delivery: QAR 50 on most standard items.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders exceeding QAR 2,000.
4. Delivery Protocol
Our fleet handles sensitive, heavy-duty fitness equipment. For standard deliveries (excluding assembly items), dropping off equipment requires clear access to the designated ground-floor area. For multi-story deliveries without elevator access, additional heavy-lift charges may apply.
5. International Shipping
