Standard Warranty Terms
- Structural Frame: Lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Moving Parts & Cables: 1-year limited warranty.
- Upholstery & Grips: 90-day limited warranty against tearing and structural failure.
- Electronics & Motors: Up to 5-year limited warranty (varies specifically by standard brand manuals).
Claiming Your Warranty
If you experience any issues, please stop utilizing the equipment immediately. Contact our specialized maintenance team providing your Order ID, machine serial number, and a detailed description (with photos if possible) of the issue.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper installation (if not done by Hexa technicians)
- Neglect, misuse, or irregular maintenance
- Natural wear and tear
- Environmental factors (e.g. keeping indoor equipment outside in Qatar's summer heat)
